The Agency for Persons with Disabilities (ADP) serves the needs of Floridians with developmental disabilities by working in partnership with local communities and private providers to identify the needs of an individual and recommend various supports and services. Catastrophic Illness in Children Relief Fund
Families need to reside in New Jersey for at least 3 months prior to applying. The expenses for the child need to have been incurred prior to the child’s 22nd birthday. The total of all eligible medical expenses, including physicians, hospitals, therapies, pharmaceuticals, modified vehicles, home modifications, etc. needs to meet or exceed 10% of the family’s income up to $100,000, and 15% of any income over $100,000.
