What is the warranty coverage for my BraunAbility vehicle?
Your BraunAbility limited warranty covers all BraunAbility modified components of the vehicle for 3 years or 36,000 miles from the date of the first owner’s purchase.
What is the warranty coverage on my BraunAbility consumer lift and/or seat?
If your product is registered through your selling BraunAbility dealer, warranty coverage for Turny Seats, Transfer Seats, and Consumer Lifts is three years for all parts and one year for labor.
Will my warranty on my BraunAbility product transfer to a new owner?
Warranty on vehicles will transfer to one additional owner. Warranty on lifts and seats does not transfer to a second owner.
Where can I purchase parts for my BraunAbility Product?
Your local BraunAbility dealer will be able to order the parts you need. BraunAbility only sells our parts through our trusted dealer network.
I need technical assistance with servicing my BraunAbility product. Who can help me?
BraunAbility only provides technical assistance to our trained/certified dealer network. While our dealers offer exceptional servicing capabilities, if you prefer to work on your own product, you can locate a service manual online.
What is the value of my vehicle? I'm trying to list it for sale.
As the manufacturer, we’re not able to provide you with a value on your used BraunAbility product since it’s impossible for us to do this without seeing it. Our dealer network is our eyes and ears in the field; we recommend talking to your local BraunAbility dealer to help you obtain the value on your BraunAbility product. If this isn’t an option, you can look online for similarly equipped vehicles and products to better determine your product value.
Can I transfer my lift or seat into a different vehicle?
Your safety is our top priority. We can only recommend a certified BraunAbility dealer install our products. Please consult with your local BraunAbility dealer to determine if the lift or seat can be safely installed in your vehicle.
