BraunAbility Certified Pre-owned (CPO) Program is available only for certain years, makes, and model vehicles converted by BraunAbility for wheelchair accessibility in BraunAbility’s sole discretion and only at participating US BraunAbility dealer locations. Advertised prices available only on certain years, makes, and model vehicles and conversions, which may not be available at all times. Inventory subject to change without notice and thus vehicles at lowest prices advertised may not always be available. CPO designation signifies only that to BraunAbility’s knowledge the subject vehicle has clean title and no 1) significant issues identified in Carfax report; 2) frame damage; or 3) significant mechanical issues. BraunAbility CPO Program is not an attestation by the vehicle’s original equipment manufacturer (OEM) or any other third party as to the condition of vehicle. CPO Powertrain Warranty applies only to select issues relating to engine, transmission, and drive train and is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the BraunAbility Limited Warranty document. CPO Powertrain Warranty expires upon the earlier of 84 months from the vehicle’s original in-service date and the vehicle’s accumulation of 100,000 miles. CPO Limited Warranty does not apply to issues for which a vehicle’s OEM warranty still applies. Other terms, limitations, and conditions apply and are subject to change. For qualified vehicle purchases during the promotional period, BraunAbility will provide participating dealers with $2,000 in dealer credit. Dealer participation varies, and the incentive must be applied as a discount, rebate, or credit to the retail consumer. Dealers must submit eligible sales orders to BraunAbility within fourteen (14) days of sale. BraunAbility reserves the right to audit claims, and dealers may be required to return funds for ineligible submissions. Terms are subject to change in BraunAbility’s sole discretion.
