WAV Workshop Attendee Information

BraunAbility is thrilled with the opportunity to partner with The Transportation Alliance in hosting the May Open House. A very full two days are planned for the attendees. The WAV Workshop include a very diverse group of presenter and industry experts sharing valuable information to take back. To make the most of this experience possible, a comprehensive list of advance information is provided.

What To Know

Bring your questions for industry experts.
Prepare for the energy of May in Indy = Race Month. You'll want to watch the video.
Transportation provided to/from host hotel for Day 2 (BraunAbility HQ, IMS) and Day 3 (Winamac Plant)
Breakfast, lunches, snacks provided at hotel (breakfasts) and at the BraunAbility events. Wednesday and Thursday evenings are open for personal plans.
Baggage storage available at the hotel.

What To Pack

For the Welcome Reception: Come as you are.
Day 2: For the Education Session, dress casually for office setting and outdoor activities at the race track.
For the Group Event at the Speedway: pack walking shoes, sunscreen and for inclement weather.
For the Winamac Plant Tour: Dress code for manufacturing facilities. Must have full-length pants and closed-toe shows. Please, no photos or video on the tour.

What to wear to BraunAbility's manufacturing plant.

When You Arrive

Bus will depart at 8:00 am on Wednesday and Thursday from the host hotel, Hyatt Place.
If you’re driving Wed-Thu, you’ll see two BraunAbility buildings as you enter from the north (from Carmel Drive). WAV Workshop is at the HQ office in the southeast corner of the office campus.
