A Message to BraunAbility Customers,
As we continue to navigate the challenges of COVID-19, the wellbeing of our employees, dealers and customers is our top priority. Amid all the uncertainty, we’re making every effort to take care of our employee family and ease the lives of our customers. Here’s what you need to know:
Local stores are open: Our dealer network locations are open and looking forward to serving customers in person again. They are committed to doing what’s best for you, our customer, and many continue to offer alternative accommodations such as at-home demos or pick-up / delivery for service appointments upon request.
Vehicle sanitization: A highly effective disinfectant solution, MonoFoil, has been offered to dealers by BraunAbility to ensure they have access to products to properly sanitize their products and stores.
Vehicle availability: Shipping of mobility products and parts has remained uninterrupted throughout the pandemic, and our Customer Care and Aftersales Team is staffed and available to answer customer and dealer calls, emails, chats or texts.
Payment and financing relief: BraunAbility is committed to finding more ways to make life easier for our customers amidst so much uncertainty. We’ve announced a new 2020 Payment Relief Program – BraunAbility will make three months of payments and defer three additional months of payments on the purchase of any new or preowned vehicle with a new BraunAbility conversion.
Protecting our employees: We have implemented a broad range of preventative initiatives to help keep our employees safe. In addition to deep cleaning at each of our facilities, we’ve installed additional handwashing stations throughout our factories, and staggered production schedules to limit the number of employees present at one time. We procured personal protection equipment for all production workers, and all personnel are required to wear protective face masks when in our facilities. A stay-at-home protocol was established, and every employee is required to complete a symptom questionnaire and temperature check before entering the facility.
