Consumer Financing Terms (Disclosure Statement) 

Credit approval required. Financing is available only to applicants who are approved for credit and who satisfy applicable underwriting requirements and other terms established by Auxilior Capital Partners.

 Not all applicants qualify. Credit approval is not guaranteed. 

Term; down payment; rate variability. Available financing terms generally range from 24 to 60 months. Interest rates (and any applicable annual percentage rate) vary based on creditworthiness and other underwriting factors. Documentation fee. A $150 documentation fee applies and is included in the amount financed (if financing is approved and the transaction is financed). 

Payment and repayment variability. The monthly payment, amount financed, and total repayment obligation will vary based on the product selected, the approved financing term, the down payment, and the applicant's credit profile.

 Product scope and exclusions. Financing is available only for eligible Turny swivel seat products and does not include the purchase of a vehicle. Unless expressly stated in writing as included, financing does not include installation charges, taxes, title, registration, or other third-party fees.

 Lender/servicer; no BraunAbility financing. Auxilior Capital Partners is responsible for credit decisions, loan servicing, billing, payment processing, and customer account support. BraunAbility does not extend credit, does not service the loan, and does not determine credit terms. 

Governing documents control. The promissory note/retail installment contract (as applicable) and related financing documents provided at consummation set forth the complete and controlling terms, including all required disclosures.
