Recall Details:
BraunAbility has decided that a defect related to motor vehicle safety exists in certain Chrysler Pacifica and Voyager vehicles converted by BraunAbility between May 7, 2026 and May 22, 2026.
What is the problem?
Impacted vehicles may have been manufactured with an incorrect spring inside the wall connector for the front seat wiring harness on one or both of the driver and passenger side seats. This spring may contact the electrical terminals inside the connector, which could:
- Turn on the airbag warning light, and/or
- Cause the airbag system to not function properly. In the event of a crash, the airbags ‑may fail to deploy.
Failure of the airbags to deploy can increase the risk of injury or death in a crash.

When you contact the dealer, please have your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) available. Your VIN is printed at the top of this letter and can also be found on your vehicle registration or on the label at the base of the windshield.
If the airbag light on your vehicle is illuminated, do not drive the vehicle and schedule service immediately.
