What To Know

• Bring your questions for industry experts. 
• Watch the Indy 500 video to get excited about visiting the Speedway.
• Transportation provided to/from host hotel (Renaissance) for Day 2 (Winamac Plant) and Day 3 (BraunAbility HQ, IMS). Transportation to the reception on Monday is not provided.
• Breakfast buffet is available at the hotel for an additional charge. Lunches and snacks will be provided at the BraunAbility events. 
• Tuesday and Wednesday evenings are open for personal plans.
• Baggage storage available at the hotel.

What To Pack

• For the Welcome Reception: Come as you are. 
• For the Winamac Plant Tour: Dress code for manufacturing facilities.  Must have full-length pants and closed-toe shoes.  Please, no photos or video on the tour. 
• Day 3 (Carmel HQ): For the Education Session, dress casually for office setting and outdoor activities at the race track. 
• For the Group Event at the Speedway: Pack walking shoes, a jacket, and for possible inclement weather. Be ready for a lot of walking!

When You Arrive

• Bus will depart at 8:00 am on Tuesday and Wednesday from the host hotel, Renaissnance North Hotel Indianapolis (Carmel).
• If you’re driving yourself Wednesday, you’ll see two BraunAbility buildings as you enter from the north (from Carmel Drive). Mobility Champions Symposium is at the HQ office in the southeast corner of the office campus. Look for the BraunAbility sign on the bigger building next to Estridge.
