Mobility Champions Symposium Attendee Information

BraunAbility is thrilled to host the 2025 Mobility Champions Symposium. A very full two days are planned for the attendees. The MCS includes a very diverse group of presenters and industry experts sharing valuable information. To make the most of this experience possible, a comprehensive list of advance information is provided.

What To Know

Bring your questions for industry experts.
Watch the Indy 500 video to get excited about visiting the Speedway.
Transportation provided to/from host hotel (Renaissance) for Day 2 (BraunAbility HQ, IMS) and Day 3 (Winamac Plant). Transportation to the reception on Tuesday is not provided.
Breakfast buffet is available at the hotel for an additional charge. Lunches and snacks will be provided at the BraunAbility events.
Wednesday and Thursday evenings are open for personal plans.
Baggage storage available at the hotel.

What To Pack

For the Welcome Reception: Come as you are.
Day 2: For the Education Session, dress casually for office setting and outdoor activities at the race track.
For the Group Event at the Speedway: pack walking shoes, a jacket, and for possible inclement weather.
For the Winamac Plant Tour: Dress code for manufacturing facilities. Must have full-length pants and closed-toe shoes. Please, no photos or video on the tour.

When You Arrive

Bus will depart at 8:00 am on Wednesday and Thursday from the host hotel, Renaissnance North Hotel Indianapolis (Carmel).
If you’re driving Wed-Thu, you’ll see two BraunAbility buildings as you enter from the north (from Carmel Drive). Mobility Champions Symposium is at the HQ office in the southeast corner of the office campus.
