Mobility Champions Symposium Attendee Information

BraunAbility is thrilled to host the 2025 Mobility Champions Symposium. A very full two days are planned for the attendees. The MCS includes a very diverse group of presenters and industry experts sharing valuable information. To make the most of this experience possible, a comprehensive list of advance information is provided.

What To Know

  • Bring your questions for industry experts. 
  • Watch the Indy 500 video to get excited about visiting the Speedway.
  • Transportation provided to/from host hotel (Renaissance) for Day 2 (BraunAbility HQ, IMS) and Day 3 (Winamac Plant). Transportation to the reception on Tuesday is not provided.
  • Breakfast buffet is available at the hotel for an additional charge. Lunches and snacks will be provided at the BraunAbility events. 
  • Wednesday and Thursday evenings are open for personal plans.
  • Baggage storage available at the hotel.  

What To Pack

  • For the Welcome Reception: Come as you are. 
  • Day 2: For the Education Session, dress casually for office setting and outdoor activities at the race track. 
  • For the Group Event at the Speedway: pack walking shoes, a jacket, and for possible inclement weather.
  • For the Winamac Plant Tour: Dress code for manufacturing facilities.  Must have full-length pants and closed-toe shoes.  Please, no photos or video on the tour.

When You Arrive

  • Bus will depart at 8:00 am on Wednesday and Thursday from the host hotel, Renaissnance North Hotel Indianapolis (Carmel).
  • If you’re driving Wed-Thu, you’ll see two BraunAbility buildings as you enter from the north (from Carmel Drive). Mobility Champions Symposium is at the HQ office in the southeast corner of the office campus.
