Our history dates to 1982 on the west coast when Kersey Mobility opened with an aligned commitment and goal to bring mobility solutions to the state of Washington.
In 1994, Darrell Heath founded Ability Center in San Diego. Darrell Heath and Ability Center’s commitment was to solve mobility problems by dedicating time, energy, and resources.
Our history takes us next to the south, where Adaptive Driving Access (ADA) was founded in 1995 and began providing mobility solutions to the state of Texas.
United Access was founded in 1997 by Richard and Karyn May in St. Louis.
In 2017, United Access became a part of the BraunAbility Arch Retail family.
Kersey Mobility joined the Ability Center brand in 2021.
ADA became a part of the United Access family in 2022.
In 2023, Ability Center joined United Access. Now, all of these legacy companies and their rich histories continue to grow and move forward as part of United Access and the BraunAbility family.
