United Access has assisted many Veterans in acquiring wheelchair accessible vans and is committed to helping our heroes get the mobility tools and equipment they need. Below is a list of Veteran resources that have been helpful for many of our clients. ALS for Veterans

The ALS Association is working everyday to support people with ALS and their families, including our heroes who have served in the military and who are approximately twice as likely to develop ALS as those who have not served.

Around the Clock Medical Alarms

FOCUS: MEDICAL ALERT | PERSONAL EMERGENCY RESPONSE SYSTEMS

Around the Clock Medical Alarms is an A+ accredited business by the BBB. The mission is to provide personal emergency response systems inside your home, “because emergencies never make appointments.” Working closely with Veteran Aide, Around the Clock Medical Alarms is able to assist veterans specific in-home emergency response needs as well.

Vets First / United Spinal Association

FOCUS: ADVOCACY CENTER FOR DISABLED VETERANS

 

VetsFirst is a program of United Spinal Association that assists veterans and their eligible family members in obtaining the benefits they are entitled to, deserve and need. We advocate nationally for all generations of veterans, including individuals living with post-traumatic stress disorder and traumatic brain injuries.
