Welcome to United Access in Long Beach, CA. Ability Center purchased the accessible transportation business from Mac’s Lift Gate in 2012. Ability Center joined the United Access family in 2023 and is excited to continue to serve the broader southern California area. 

United Access Long Beach offers an extensive line of new and used BraunAbility and VMI wheelchair vans for sale or rent as well as mobility lifts, transfer seating, driving aids, and scooters. Our Service Department performs installation, preventative maintenance, and repair for mobility vehicles and equipment, as well as regular services like oil changes.

United Access also offers wheelchair van rentals in Long Beach that are convenient for doctors’ appointments, vacations, family events and visits to Hollywood, Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, The Gety, Santa Monica Pier, and Universal Studios. Rentals include side-entry ramps and are available for daily, weekly or monthly use.
