Justin Riendeau - Product Support Field Technician
I have been working for BraunAbility since 2000. I was originally hired as a Western US service representative. My position included meeting face-to-face with dealers and end users to help resolve service issues and to forward any concerns or suggestions they had to our corporate offices. I quickly took on more tasks such as conducting training sessions and putting together presentations for myself and others to use. I recently took over the task of managing our MSE dealer service school program, along with other assorted internet-based technical training and informational programs. After traveling for several years, I moved back to my home state of Connecticut where I now reside with my wife and young son. I enjoy a variety of outdoor activities and keep very busy during my free time with gardening, volunteering with local 4-H clubs, and working on my small farm.
