Jeff Garbison - Product Support Field Technician - Vehicles

I have worked with BraunAbility since 1999. I started working on the production line learning the conversion process of the vehicles. Early in 2000 I moved to the Product Support department and started helping our dealers troubleshoot and repair our conversions. After a few years on the phones troubleshooting, I had the opportunity to take a position as a field rep, which gave me the chance to further get involved in the lives of our customers on a personal, more actively-involved level. I’ve also been teaching our service classes, keeping our dealer network up to date on our ever-changing and improving product line. Most of my free time is spent playing with my kids. Occasionally, I find the time to play a game of poker with my friends. I’m very excited to work with the launch of AbilityVoice and I feel it will provide a great resource to further our relationship with our customer base.
