Accessible RV Rental Requirements:
- The driver must be at least 25 years of age.
- The driver must hold a valid US driver’s license.
- Be able to meet and provide proof of our required minimum levels of collision and comprehensive auto insurance. We also can provide you with supplemental insurance coverage at an extra cost.
- Have a valid credit card to secure the reservation.

- Be able to meet and provide proof of our required minimum levels of collision and comprehensive auto insurance. We also can provide you with supplemental insurance coverage at an extra cost.
- Have a valid credit card to secure the reservation.
The cost to rent a wheelchair accessible camper van RV starts at $229 per night. The price may very based on the season. Prices do not include insurance, tax and delivery. A required glass damage waiver of $9.00 per night and a preparation and cleaning fee of $199.00 applies. Additional charges may apply for insurance and optional add-ons. Vehicles must be returned with the same amount of fuel as they were checked out or a refueling charge of $75 will apply. Vans returned over the allowable miles will be charged $1.00 per mile. Vans returned with damage, in a poor condition or with excessive mess will result in a clean-up charge of $500. Failure to clean out gray water holding tank will result in a $250 fee. This fee is charged if you opt out of the prepay tank clean out and return without cleaning tank. Rates are subject to change without notice.
The accessible Winnebago Roam RV is the wheelchair accessible RV model that United Access offers for rent.
You can use your handicap placard in a handicap accessible RV rental. United States laws state that handicap permit holder are the only people who can legally use them. Generally, a person using a parking placard can be either the driver or passenger. The handicap placard can be used in another vehicle as long as they are in the vehicle at time of use.
The height from the floor to the sofa bed is 22 inches. The height from the floor to the front passenger seat is 25 inches.
Wheelchair accessible RV rental rates will vary depending upon dates and location. Reservation deposit of $250 due at the time of reservation. Allow 30 minutes to 1 hour for vehicle pick up and orientation training. Rates include 125 miles/day and based on pickup and return at same location. Vehicles rented cannot travel into Mexico or Canada. Driving and parking permitted on paved areas only. Off-road travel is prohibited due to high risk of damage to under vehicle lift. Prices do not include insurance, tax and delivery. A required glass damage waiver of $9.00 per night and a preparation and cleaning fee of $199.00 applies. Additional charges may apply for optional add-ons. Vehicles must be returned with the same amount of fuel as they were checked out or a refueling charge of $10.99 per gallon will apply. Vans returned over the allowable miles will be charged $1.00 per mile. There is no smoking, candles, or open flame permitted in the vehicle at any time. Pets under 100 lb and service animals are permitted. Vehicles must be returned in the same condition as they were checked out. Vans returned with damage, in a poor condition or with excessive mess will result in a clean-up charge of up to $500. Failure to clean out gray water holding tank will result in a $250 fee. This fee is charged if you opt out of the prepay tank clean out and return without cleaning tank. Rates are subject to change without notice. Review the rental terms and conditions in your rental contract. Cancellation Policy: Renters are entitled to a full refund for all cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the rental start date. Renters are entitled to a 50% refund for all cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the rental start date. The booking is non-refundable less than 14 days prior to the rental start date.
