I wanted to take this time to share our experience with the ability center and Lenny. A few things needed to be finished with our new van. I dropped the van off and was immediately given a loaner vehicle for the day I'd be without a vehicle. Everyone at the Ability Center went out of their way to make everything as easy as possible. Lenny was asked if he could drop our vehicle at my home when I wasn't feeling well, he did without hesitation. I was a bit late coming back as I was putting gas back in the loaner van and stopped to grab some groceries.Lenny helped us get our groceries inside! His muscles got a work out! I was not only so grateful for the help but Lenny went over and above to help us. This experience was nothing short of phenomenal. I'd highly recommend this location without hesitation. You'll not get better service anywhere else. To the guys in the garage to the folks on the office and Lenny you have the best as your team. They are very knowledgeable in vehicle purchases through the V.A. as well, everyone made the process so easy to navigate.Thank you Ability Center for helping us through this process and during such a difficult time in our lives.We consider you all family. Lenny and his team are kind, exceptionally hard working and caring. They spent so much time working with us on all the details we need and then jumping through every hurdle to make sure we have what we need and a price we can afford. Lenny,the general manager is the most understanding an compassionate person that I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. He took time out of his busy schedule to help me get my mother to dialysis. He literally saved her life. I was out of options and needed to get her there the next day. Lenny made sure to have a van ready for me in less than a day. He went above and beyond what any car dealership has ever done. He personally showed me how the van operated and worked with me on keeping the vehicle longer than expected. He genuinely cared for mom's well being. Lenny expressed why he loves what he does. Simply, helping people make their lives better.I truly believe in The Ability Center . They will always hold a place in mine and mom's heart. I recommend them to anyone who needs the quality of their life to improve, become manageable. being in a wheelchair doesn't have to be the end of driving or getting around, Lenny showed mom that, I am grateful to have met him and his team of caring professionals. My husband and I were just delighted with the excellent customer service and professionalism of the entire staff! The staff truly pays attention to detail! We were really pleasantly surprised by this quality which is hard to find in this day and age!! Lenny helped us tremendously in our hour of need by placing us in a wheelchair accessible van expeditiously! The process was efficient and easy! The service department is also superior! Lenny and the rest of the staff are the best! We found ourselves in a situation where we needed a van pretty quickly. Lenny walked us through everything and checked on us while my husband was in and out of the hospital. I had a lot on my mind and he kept me on track.
