Truck Trends Highlights New Honda Entervan

With the newest version of the Honda Odyssey now available, wheelchair accessibility specialists Braun Corporation have stepped up to the plate with its latest conversion. Braun promises more independence than ever before with its minivan conversion, stating users can either drive from their wheelchairs or ride along as a front or rear passenger. The conversion is comprehensive, including all requisite components like an automatic sliding door with self-deploying ramp, a lowered floor (up to 10 inches lower) for loading ease, and Braun-designed side strakes. An auto kneel feature uses an electric actuator to further compress the rear suspension in order to flatten the ramp's rake. Removable seating, wheelchair tie-downs, and an integrated keyfob make minivan ownership simpler for wheelchair users.
