Beth McFarland - Customer Experience Group Manager

In late 2007 I was blessed to become a part of the BraunAbility family. Initially, I was given the role of Warranty Administrator which set me on the fast track to learning all things BraunAbility. I held this role until January of 2010 when I was given the opportunity to establish and manage the BraunAbility Customer Experience Group. The development of this group has brought me back to the field of customer service, an area I find extremely satisfying. I’ve enjoyed service work for many years, whether as waitress, customer service representative, or most demanding yet rewarding of all, wife and mother. I find that the small town of Winamac, Indiana and the family atmosphere at BraunAbility are perfectly suited to me, both professionally and personally. I can state without a doubt that I have the most rewarding job at BraunAbility — getting to communicate daily with you, the customer. After the day is done, I can drive home and be with my family in less than 10 minutes – it doesn’t get any better than that!
