    I am interested in the upcoming 2011 Sienna Rampvan. Assuming the van is released early in 2010, as speculation has it, how long after the release will Braun be producing ramped versions?

    Hi John,

    We do not know the official release date for the 2011, so we can only speculate on a time frame at this point. Typically, we will have engineering and crash testing completed 2-3 months after the release. That said, the new model chassis could present different challenges to our conversion design, and it is difficult to commit to a specific time frame until our engineers have one of the new units in their hands. Once we have more definite information we will keep everyone posted, so check back with us in the future.

    Future product idea/suggestion…
    I see on the commercial side that there is an UVL that is housed on the inside of a full size van. What a great idea!
    How about soemthing like this for the mini-van market? It would eliminate the need for a van to kneel, and would allow users save battery power and energy going up the ramp. Please have you design teams research this as a future choice, more is better.
